undertaking the corporatisation, registration, and transition of Botswana’s national airline from a statutory corporation to a company registered under the Companies Act;
advising in the on-going Ithuba v Gambling Authority dispute over Botswana’s first lottery licence;
advising in the financial recovery litigation by the FirstCred Limited and Ecsponent group of companies to recover USD 10 million from their former directors and senior management executives;
advising FirstCred Limited in the listing of a BWP 1 billion Note Programme on the Botswana Stock Exchange;
advising and drafting an opinion on Corporate Structures available to Chartered Institute of Management
Accounts;
advising in litigation matters for Debswana Diamond Company, Medical Rescue Botswana (Proprietary) Limited , Ngami Toyota (Proprietary) Limited and FirstCred Limited;
advising and reviewing Botswana Oil Limited’s (Botswana’s national oil company) standard agreements and ensuring that they comply with the standards required; and
advising Orange France on the Employee Share Offering for Orange Botswana Employees.
