He currently heads the firm’s property and conveyancing Department.  He specialises in all aspects of property law, town planning, sectional title, securitisation and intellectual property law. Laurence is also extensively involved in, and has considerable experience in mining work, mergers and acquisitions and corporate/commercial law. Some of his major clients include mining houses, large financial institutions and banks, state-owned enterprises/parastatals organisations, various land and local authorities.

He is a member of the Board of Botswana Tourism Organisation (formerly Botswana Tourism Board).
