- Acting as Botswana Counsel with a major international sight-holder for Standard Chartered Trade Services Corporation (New York); in the US$16 million funding arrangement of Diamond off-Take Agreement.
- Acting as Counsel for the Government of Botswana alongside London based Cameron McKenna (London) in the consortium led by Mott MacDonald, to set up the multi-sectorial energy and water Sectors Regulatory Authority for Botswana.
- Acting as Primary Counsel to Local Shareholders in respect of BWP1.8 Billion with France Telecom in the restructuring of the capital structure of Orange Botswana - the mobile telephone company.
