The firm assisted in the development of the nascent International Financial Services Centre in Botswana.  Our growing securities practice has seen us act as lead counsel in Botswana’s largest private bond issue and the first take-over of a listed entity on the Botswana Stock Exchange.  In addition, the firm has the largest employment law practice in the country.  It was also recently appointed by the Attorney General of Botswana to successfully represent his office at a high profile national commission of enquiry.  The firm's partners are active on a number of boards and have key contacts at the major regulatory and governmental institutions of Botswana.
