Parks Tafa

Parks Tafa is an attorney of the High Court of Botswana and holds an LLB degree from the University of Botswana.

Parks joined the Firm in June 1991, of which he became a Partner in 1996. He is a vastly experienced business lawyer with a wide range of expertise and is able to provide comprehensive legal services to clients in the electricity/ power sector, project finance, banking, taxation, mining, and corporate-commercial, and regulatory work. Parks was previously the head of our commercial litigation and employment divisions.
