The firm has a considerable base of international clients, drawn from diverse sectors and originating from South Africa, the USA, Europe and Australia. 

In the financial sector, the firm acts for most of the Botswana subsidiaries of international banks, including Barclays, First National Bank, Stanbic and Standard Chartered Bank and for various international and regional aid agencies.  

The firm has advised on large transactions in the mining sector, and is retained counsel to Debswana, BCL and Morupule Colliery. 

In the telecommunications sector, the firm has for many years been counsel to Portugal Telecom in respect of its investment and management operations in Botswana. 

The firms other international clients include ABSA, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, Nokia and British Aerospace.
